Simply microwave for hot or freeze for cold (detailed instructions are printed on the back of each one). Each one can be customized with a brand name or logo to create the perfect healthcare promotion for medical spas, doctor's offices, health fairs and more. Not intended for use by children or pets. They may present a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age.
