5/16" Drill Hole (2) 5/16" diameter holes located 1/2" from top edge and positioned in such there is 10 1/8" space from hole center to hole center across the top of the calendar.

Proofs One e-mail proof is included with the set up charge. Please note we cannot guarantee exact colors in e-mail proofs.
Paper proofs are $40.00(G) each plus shipping charges.
After August 1st paper proofs will be sent via overnight service.
