NOTE: There is only 1 copy change charge no matter how many colors change if printing is in full color (four color process). Published minimum quantities for all products apply for copy changes. Copy Changes are limited to changing 6 lines of copy, a photo and a logo. In addition, the items must all have a common background or main layout that does not change. Internet Color Proof (9ONLINE)
Online Proofing is to show you color and/or color breaks, but IS NOT an exact color matching proofing system. Output from laser printers, ink-jet printers or what you view on your computer monitor cannot be matched. These methods are subjective and may not accurately represent your final printed product.

Digital Press Proof (9DIGITAL)
Color press proofs are a close representation of the color of your product. Press proofs are available on four-color process items. Please note that wall calendar/booklet digital press proof sheets are printed on a digital press. The final product may be printed on a conventional press, therefore, a 5% difference in color, contrast and saturation may occur. This proof will not be trimmed, stapled, UV-coated, or feature a heavy cover. Press proofs are sent via overnight shipping at customer's expense. If you do not want your proofs expedited, please contact Customer Service. Note pads not available for this service.

Production Proof (9002)
Actual printed & laminated product proofs. Pre-Production Proofs for Wall Calendar/Booklet Pre-Production Proof are printed on a digital press. The final product may be printed on a conventional press, therefore, a 5% difference in color, contrast and saturation may occur.Product proofs are sent via overnight shipping at customer's expense. If you do not want your proofs expedited, please contact Customer Service. Printed product proofs & shipping are FREE OF CHARGE on orders of $6,250(G) or more. Use First Class Single Piece Method (non presort) (TN1SP)
First Class Single Piece Retail Mail (First Class Single Piece Retail Mail receives expeditious handling and transportation. Service objectives for delivery are 1 to 3 days upon entry to the USPS; however, delivery time is not guaranteed.) Postal regulations require 200 piece minimum for Single Piece Retail Mail Method.

Use Presorted First Class Method (TN1ST)
Presorted First Class Mail (First-Class Mail receives expeditious handling and transportation. Service objectives for delivery are 1 to 3 days upon entry to the USPS; however, delivery time is not guaranteed.) Postal regulations require 500 piece minimum for presorted method.

Use Presorted Marketing Mail Method (TNMM)
