Elastic straps go around the head, sewn in flexible nose bridge forms to your nose. 9"x6" fabric covers nose & mouth. Machine washable. For indoor & outdoor activities. Not medical grade. Non-elastic ties that tie behind head & neck available for a fee but are not assembled (approx 48" long).
